The MSF sensors and Gateway products work in conjunction with the Machine Sentry® software suite to increase the availability of assets and reduce unplanned downtime, or breakdown, whilst maximising the efficiency of staff.

MACHINE SENTRY® FIXED

A wireless intelligent tri-axial vibration with integrated temperature sensor which connects via a Bluetooth® enabled hand held device to the Machine Sentry® software. The MSF-2 is the latest release of the MSF hardware featuring new ATEX certification for GAS ZONE 0 and DUST ZONE 20 as In addition to improvements to data transfer speed, battery life and memory capabilities.

The Machine Sentry® Gateway enables the creation of an industrial IOT System for your condition monitoring program. Allowing up to 100 Machine Sentry® Bluetooth® vibration sensors to be connected to the internet and extending their range  to 100m.
