ADA™ the Automated Diagnostic Assistant is available as standard, as part of the Machine Sentry® solution which provides the equivalent of a Level II condition monitoring engineer continually monitoring data. ADA™ can predict stage 2, 3 and 4 bearing failure and detect a wide range of other common fault conditions. By highlighting potential problems and recommending verification checks, ADA™ can save hours of a maintenance engineers time without the need for intervention from an expert analyst.
